1. Time management

Being anxious can happen if you stay up all night, eat poorly, or don't do any physical activity. Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep, eat a healthy, high-protein diet, drink more water, and work out for 30 minutes every day. This will help you do a better job.

2. Eat, sleep and exercise well

A lot of students get nervous before tests. When you start to feel panicked, just stay where you are for a while, take deep breaths, and drink water. Then go back to studying.
