When a woman is pregnant, her body goes through a lot of changes. One of these changes, called dysgeusia, is a change in taste. You might get a metallic taste in your mouth or find that foods you used to love taste pretty bad all of a sudden. It's because of hormones.

Because your body is going through so much change, you might feel more than tired in the early stages of pregnancy. You might be so tired that you can't get off the couch in the afternoon or need to take naps whenever you can.
